Still-mind meditation one-day retreat

The retreat will be lovely… practice and process and understanding.

Whether you currently meditate in stillness, or whether you don’t really know what it is, you’ll find it interesting and useful.  Why?   Because for those who already practise, we find that keeping the mind still allows a better-functioning mind when it is active, as it has to be, a lot of the time – and so the active mind gets a better understanding of itself. And for those who do not yet meditate in stillness, the journey starts with a single step – which is a step across the doorway into consciousness and reality.
